Student Recognition

Students with a cumulative 3.5 GPA or higher may apply in March to be a member of NJHS. In addition to a designated GPA, they must show evidence of citizenship and service. Students who are interested, must fill out an application, obtain two recommendations from adults, and have their application reviewed by a staff committee.

National Junior Honor Society applications are due Tuesday, April 9. Students with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 should have received an invitation to apply.

At the end of each year, we celebrate the successes and achievements of many of our Ridgetop students by holding an awards assembly. The emphasis is on honoring freshman students through a variety of awards. Seventh and eighth grade Students-of-the-Year are also recognized. Parents are invited to attend this assembly and celebrate the positive impact students have made to Ridgetop's community of learners.
